How do I begin using my temporary card?
You received a membership receipt via email when you ordered. Please click on the link in that email to print your temporary membership card. You can begin using the benefits of the card immediately.
Where do I present the card to take advantage of my discounts?
Present the card at your doctor’s office if the doctor has generated a prescription for you. The physician’s assistant will call in your prescription to our mail order facility. All mail order prescriptions will be sent out via overnight mail. If you require your prescription to be filled that day, just instruct the physician’s assistant to call in your prescription to one of our participating pharmacies. When you pick up your prescription, present the card at the pharmacy pick up counter and they will apply the discount at time of pick up. You are responsible for full payment at point of purchase. I did not receive my membership receipt via email. What do I do?
Sometimes email gets caught in your spam folder within your email program. Please check to see if that email is in that spam folder. If not, please call member support at 1-866-756-3334 and they can resend the email to you. Please don’t forget to set the domain name

How does the transaction show up on my statement? (Descriptor)
For credit card transactions: The billing descriptor will show as “American Wholesale Health”.
For checking account transactions: The billing descriptor will show as “AmericanWlslHlth”.
When will my card be delivered in the mail?
Your personalized card will be delivered via first class mail within 7-10 days from your approved order date.
Can I use the AWH card in conjunction with my Insurance (if applicable?)
We are not an insurance company nor is the AWH card intended to replace insurance. Having said that, members have found that in certain situations, it is less expensive to purchase medications using the AWH card vs. going through their insurance provider. Each individual situation is unique and you have the option to compare pricing to determine the best option for you. Please refer to your insurance plan and/or call your insurance provider directly for more details on how you can use the card in conjunction with your insurance plan.
What if I lose my card?
Please contact member services at 1-866-756-3334 to order a new card free of charge.
Can the card be used for any member of my immediate family?
Yes. Feel free to use your card for any member of your immediate family.
Does every member of my family need a card?
No. Simply present your card at doctor’s office for prescriptions. For retail prescription pick up, present your card to the pharmacy attendant to ensure you receive your discount.
What if I want to refer my friends and family to AWH?
We welcome all referrals. In fact, we’ll give you a $25 referral fee for any referral that becomes an activated member. Please call our member support department at 1-866-756-3334 and give them your member ID and your referral contact information. Once a referred member is set up, we’ll mail you a check for $25 to your membership address on file.

Can I use the card at my local pharmacy?
You can use the card at any of our 55,000 participating pharmacies. Please visit

Can I transfer my current prescriptions?
Yes. Please call our prescription support hotline at 1-800-XXX-XXXX and they can assist you with moving your prescriptions easily so you can begin enjoy wholesale cost on your medications.
How much does the program cost?
Please review your membership billing receipt for details on membership fees.
How do I pay for my medications?
As a member, you are responsible for full payment at time of purchase. You can pay via credit card, ACH, or check depending on how you order your medications. You have the option to purchase medications via our mail order service or pick up at a participating pharmacy.
What type of discount can I expect?
Discounts vary based on type of medication or medical supply and by generic or brand name. As a member, you can begin enjoying savings upwards of 75% off average retail price.
Can I find out the cost of the prescription drugs through AWH before I order?

Are my health records kept confidential?
Yes. Your patient profile and all prescription information is archived secured directly with our pharmacy fulfillment partner. Our pharmacy fulfillment partners are HIPAA compliant.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
Try our membership for the next 30 days. If for any reason you don’t agree that joining American Wholesale Health was one of the best decisions you’ve made for the well-being of you and your family, then we’ll cancel your account within your 30 day trial period and return your enrollment fees no questions asked.
And, if at any point in the future you wish to discontinue your monthly membership to American Wholesale Health, we’ll close your account and you’ll not be billed any future membership fees. We stand behind the value we provide to our members like you. You can now enjoy the peace of mind knowing you’re getting the value you deserve for your hard-earned money.
